Vidplum ("we", "us") is the website and service at vidplum.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you use vidplum.com and how we use it. Questions: hello@vidplum.com.
What we collect
- Account details — your email address and sign-in information, handled by our sign-in provider.
- Your content — the descriptions, plan changes and change requests you enter, and the plans, key frames, videos, audio and subtitles we generate for you.
- Payment records — what you bought and when. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. Crypto payments are handled by NOWPayments.
- Basic usage data — such as videos you make and error logs, used to operate and improve the service.
- Fraud-prevention signals — your IP address and network provider, a random identifier stored in your browser, and a one-way hash of basic device settings (such as screen size, time zone and graphics card). We use these only to stop abuse of invite rewards and one-time offers (for example the same person collecting a reward twice), keep them for up to 12 months, and never use them for advertising or tracking across other sites.
How we use it
To create your videos, run your account, process payments, prevent abuse, provide support and improve Vidplum. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use your content to train our own AI models.

Your descriptions and plans are sent to these providers only to produce your video. Please don't put confidential or sensitive personal information in your descriptions.
How long we keep it
We keep your projects (descriptions and plans) while your account is active. Finished videos, their key frames and project files are deleted automatically 90 days after the video was last changed, so download a copy. Images you upload are deleted after 30 days; on a paid plan they're kept in your image library until you delete them. Brand logos are kept while the brand exists. You can ask us to delete a project or your whole account at any time by emailing us; we delete it from our storage within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax and accounting.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it. Email us and we'll respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to run the service. We don't use advertising cookies.
To understand how people find us, when you first open our website your browser remembers, for that tab only, which page you arrived on and which website or campaign sent you; if you sign up in that tab, we store this with your account so we can see which pages bring new customers. It is cleared when you close the tab and contains no personal information.
Children
Vidplum is not intended for children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU), and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we'll update the date above and tell signed-in users.
