Vidplum is an AI video production service for businesses. A team submits a written brief or an approved script. Vidplum writes a storyboard for review, then produces a finished video with narration, music and subtitles.

## How a project works

1. Submit a brief or script, and optionally a logo, images or a PDF.
2. Review the free storyboard: the script and key frames, scene by scene.
3. Approve production and pay with video time or a one-off purchase.
4. Download the MP4 and SRT subtitle file, and request corrections in plain language.

Storyboards are free. Before the first purchase, each storyboard can be revised up to 5 times.

## First video

$2.99, once per account: up to 5 minutes at 1080p with no watermark and 5 corrections. Non-refundable, because production starts when you pay.

Yearly plans save 20% and include the whole year's minutes up front. Plans paid by card renew automatically until cancelled. A plan paid with crypto covers one month or one year and does not renew.

## Extra time

Extra time never expires and is used after plan minutes. Without a subscription, videos made with extra time are up to 1080p.

## Payment and refunds

- Card payments by Stripe, or cryptocurrency through NOWPayments.
- Plans and extra time can be refunded within 14 days if none of the time has been used.

- Failed videos are not charged.

### Can I use our existing procedure or script?

Yes. Paste the text into the brief or attach a PDF. The storyboard shows the narration line by line, so your team can check it before production starts.

### How long can a training video be?

Up to 10 minutes on a plan or with extra time, and up to 5 minutes for the first video at $2.99. For longer courses, split the material into separate videos.

### Which file formats do we receive?

An MP4 with narration and music, plus a separate SRT subtitle file. Vidplum does not produce SCORM packages, so upload the MP4 to your learning platform as a video.

### Can Vidplum show our own building, staff or software?

Vidplum does not film your people or premises, and it does not produce lifelike presenters. You can supply your logo, photos and screenshots to use in the video.

### Can we produce the same training in other languages?

Yes. Narration, on-screen text and subtitles are available in 31 languages.

### Does Vidplum check that safety or compliance content is correct?

No. Your team remains responsible for the accuracy of the training. Have the responsible person review the storyboard and the finished video before you publish it.

## Can we make changes after delivery?

Yes. Describe a correction in plain language and only the affected part is redone. Each video includes up to 5 corrections after delivery.

## Is the storyboard free?

Yes. You can review the script and key frames and request revisions without paying. Before your first purchase, each storyboard can be revised up to 5 times. After that, revisions are unlimited.

## Who can use the videos?

You can use every video you pay for in advertising, on your website, in training and on social media. Paid videos carry no watermark.

## What files do we receive?

An MP4 with narration and music and a separate SRT subtitle file. Subscription plans deliver up to 4K. The first video and extra-time purchases deliver up to 1080p.

## How long can a video be?

Up to 10 minutes on a plan or with extra time, and up to 5 minutes for the first video at $2.99.

## How are minutes counted?

Each video uses its final length, rounded up to 5 seconds. When you approve a video we reserve its estimated length and return whatever the final video does not use. A failed video is not charged.

## Do you support vertical formats?

Yes. Request 9:16 and each scene is composed for a phone screen, at the same price as widescreen.

## Which languages are available?

Narration, on-screen text and subtitles are available in 31 languages, including English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Arabic, Hindi, Chinese, Japanese and Korean.

## What does Vidplum not produce?

Vidplum does not produce 3D animation, cartoon stories or lifelike presenters who speak on camera. It cannot film your own people or product, but you can supply your own images and footage.

## How can we pay?

By card through Stripe, or by cryptocurrency. Card plans renew automatically until you cancel. Cryptocurrency plans do not renew.
